1. No Medical Advice; No Physician-Patient Relationship
Select Stem Cell is a US patient-services and information company. The content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Use of the Site, submission of an intake form, communication with our patient-services team, or interaction with any AI eligibility tool does not establish a physician-patient relationship.
All medical decisions must be made between you and an independent, state-licensed treating physician. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
2. Investigational Status
The stem cell procedures referenced on the Site are investigational and have not been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the indications discussed. Statements regarding stem cell procedures on the Site have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on the Site is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. 5. Independent Providers
Select Stem Cell does not own clinics, employ physicians, or provide medical care. Any treating physician, clinic, or laboratory referenced on or referred through the Site is an independent third party. Select Stem Cell is not responsible for the acts, omissions, fees, or clinical judgments of any independent provider.
6. Florida Statutory Notice
THIS NOTICE MUST BE PROVIDED TO YOU UNDER FLORIDA LAW. Physicians in the Select Stem Cell network may perform one or more stem cell therapies that have not yet been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. You are encouraged to consult with your primary care provider before undergoing any stem cell therapy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site and all of its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Select Stem Cell or its licensors and are protected by US and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written consent.
8. User Submissions
By submitting any information through the Site, you grant Select Stem Cell a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that information solely to provide the requested services and to operate, secure, and improve the Site, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit any information you provide.

10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELECT STEM CELL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Select Stem Cell and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Effective" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
